You have the right to return the products of your order within 14 calendar days. You can ask for a product replacement/exchange or money refund.
The returned product should be:
- In excellent condition, as received
- Not used, worn or dirty
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt of purchase or invoice and the filled-out return form (click here)
- Carefully and properly packed in order to avoid possible damages during shipping process. The responsibility for the intact shipment of the returned product lies with the customer.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
Returns/Exchanges of "special order" products are also not accepted.
Product’s return can be made in one of the following ways:
- replacement = same product
- change = different product
- money refund
Money will be refunded within 20 working days of the confirmation of the refund, in the same way that payment was made
The refund of money corresponds to the value of the products. Shipping and/or cash on delivery costs are not refunded.
Return shipping cost:
If the return of the product is done by ELTA courier, the shipping cost is € 3.50 and is charged to the customer.
If another courier company is used, the shipping costs will be define by the company itself and charged to the customer.
Return costs (€ 3.50) are charged to the customer and deducted from the refund if a refund is requested.
In case of return of a product, due to the company's fault, the return costs are borne by the company.
Note: For returning via ELTA courier, you must call our company in order to coordinate the shipment.
